3.2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the okkw support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• If you log in on a public device, always log out at the end of your session.

3.3 Account Closure

Any user may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before the closure request is processed. okkw reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okkw currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These methods allow easy and secure deposits and withdrawals. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. There is generally no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for larger amounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made from verified accounts.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on okkw are secured by SSL encryption. We will never ask for your payment app PIN or password directly. If anyone claims to represent okkw and requests such information, notify the support team immediately.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Using a third-party payment account is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension if detected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

okkw offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus is applied automatically.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳28,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used once only.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account.
• Winnings from a bonus may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• okkw reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and associated winnings may be voided.

5.4 VIP Program

okkw's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback is paid at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is based on playing consistency and activity. Contact the support team for details on cashback and other benefits at each tier.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

okkw is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games are sourced from reputable game providers and are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Using any technical method to influence game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Errors
